Out $400 for a bad diag and unneeded A/C recharge. Tried to explain to me that all cars need recharges even if they don’t leak, (closed loop) mind you lol. and instead of telling me to bring it back in they tried to put it on the Peoria store to fix it since I shared I lived closer to there. Peoria told me tough luck and even sounded annoyed they did that. I just wish there was more transparency I wouldn’t have even cared paying more for additional diag but they just seemed to want to rush me out for a quick $400. Now I’m stuck sitting in my hot truck landscaping in 111 today 👍🏻

I had a great experience from start to finish - called the day before to schedule an appointment, they took my car back immediately and I received updates during my service, was able to use a coupon from the website. Very friendly and fully trusted them with my car - will happily return for another visit!

I had a frustrating experience at the Midas on 90th Street in Scottsdale, though I want to acknowledge that they ultimately made things right. I brought my Ram Promaster 2500 in for a routine oil change and was also sold a serpentine belt and two new tires. They moved my existing rear tires to the front as part of the service. When I picked up the vehicle, the steering wheel had a noticeable shake that was not present before. In addition, an engine compartment cap had been left sitting on my windshield, which immediately raised concerns about the quality of the work and attention to detail. I returned a few days later to report the shaking. After inspecting the tires, they discovered a large bubble in one of them that had been missed during the initial service. This was a significant safety issue that could have resulted in a blowout. Additional tires were replaced to correct the problem. About a week later, I noticed damage that was not present before the service: a bent roof rack and a dent in the roof. Based on the location and nature of the damage, it appeared the van may have been lifted too high and contacted an overhead beam. When I first reported the damage, the response

made an appointment ( stupid me didn't get name of individual) showed up and was told I didn't have an appointment…. 2 hours wait time for a walk in…. I left. car never serviced, but I got a text asking to rate the service…. now, If I didn’t have an appointment and my car wasn’t serviced , how and why would I get a survey?!?!?! then, when trying to do the survey for a negative review, it wouldn't work…. but the positive review would…. imagine that…..been going there for years but I guess theres new ownership…. Greg used to own it and Lisa was manager….doubt Ill go back. the new front area waiting room is all black. very dark and depressing ☹️

Amazing customer sevice, super quick turn around, clean facility and fantastic prices. Steve was knowledgeable and friendly - he walked me through the entire process and made sure I was aware of all my options and was extremely honest with me, which is hard to come by these days. This is my new go to Midas for oil changes, car maintenance and repairs. I’ll make sure to recommend this spot to everyone! Added bonus - popcorn in the lobby!
